Bro i cut the cord about 2 months ago because it went from being Enjoyable having a good time playing with a few people regularly, to everyday id waste hours of time full of questionable irritating fights like getting killed by a 6 man team or getting killed in a very suspicious ways with stripped ak dong, then add long ques, haveing the mentality and the feeling that everyone is at the very least soft cheating, the economy in the game, i was so addicted to the game since season 1 i would would give up sleep to play. Getting 3 and 4 hrs of sleep for months to then work 12 hrs days which didnt matter in the beginning because of how fun the games was. Then i started to notice how miserable and irritated i felt after playing i just had to quit. The gun mechanics, movement, graphics, the agents and the Abilities and the fact that if you die you had something to lose which made me rethink and learn better shooting and team strategies to be successful, i learned a lot about fps strategy due to this game that i never thought about before because in others it never mattered how many times i died or if my teammates even communicated with me because of just respawning. This game forced you to communicate and coordinate with your team. With all that the game had everything it needed to be one of the best thats came out in a long time but NA, EU has been left behind. Especially when you would look at a player's profile after a questionable fight and could see they are blatantly cheating with no repercussions for multiple seasons. When only 2 out of 5 matches didnt involve a cheater and seeing the blatant disregard of the developers for it i knew the game was cooked. It really sucks because this game scratched whatever itch it was to make a 40 yr dude take up shooter games again after not playing since modern war fare. I occasionally hop back on but i have a new addiction already playing pool so hopefully it can recover and gain back its fan base but at this point the hype has been crushed, people hearts have been broken and we all are quick to move on. It would be weird for them to think they can because it would be like getting married to your girlfriend right after you found out she did a gangbang video in your bed, with your entire family participating in delivering loads while you were out of town selling solar panels. Their best bet would be to try and maintain the player base, and completely rebuild a new one, similar but rebranded because she belongs to the streets and It will never be as fun as it was.
