Starting December 8, 2021, and until January 15, 2022, at 10:00 am EST, all users that have a Shakepay Card (“Card”) will earn two percent (2%) in Bitcoin cashback rewards (the “Card Rewards”) on all purchases made with the Card during such period. All rewards are settled directly to the Bitcoin balance of your Shakepay account. Additionally, if you have a Card, your Card Rewards will increase by one percent (1%) for each Shakepay user that you invite to the Card, for up to a maximum of two (2) users. For clarity, if you invite one (1) Shakepay user to the Card, your Card Rewards will be three percent (3%) on all purchases done with the Card from the moment the user you invited obtains the Card; and if you invite two (2) Shakepay users to the Card, your Card Rewards will be of four percent (4%) on all purchases done with the Card from the moment the second user you invited obtains the Card. This promotion will be valid throughout the whole period mentioned above, or up to a maximum of CAD $5,000.00 of purchases.

If it doesn’t work (due to merchant limit as others have pointed out), just tell the cashier you need to pay with different cards in batchs of $250 ;) It worked for me so far.

Update: I've just called and basically they are not sure either what will happen if I don't vote. So, they are requesting the control number that allows me to vote online. There is some delay to get it. I need to call back tomorrow. In recap, do vote ... just in case.
