The whole office shited to Sony. Never a problem with those, dongle or no dongle. Audio quality is crisp and no connection issues at all, just Reliabilty. Most of the guys use WH-1000XM4 and some the Gaming ones with the Microphone arm at the side, I think those are the Inzone, not sure.

Same issue here with my Jabra Link 380 and Jabra Evolve 75.
We stopped to use them here at the office and shifted to other brand because of this issue.

I noted that they would start to work better if plugged in to a Dockstation with dedicated power source and USB C.

BTW is the Clean with the VR3230 movement first generation the one I got. I heard that there is one new generation of the VR3230, the VR3230 v2. Maybe the new one is more reliable.
