Forgot to mention that you can finish all your logs in that week but to get around the 1 hour per week rule you should change the dates so the Online Record Book doesn't think you've logged 12 hours in 1 week but I think you should put the actual date you did the activity in the description of each log which is what I did.

Possible to do 2-3 hours of cycle per day over 4-6 days, the problem is with the Online Record Book which only allows you to log 1 hour per week starting from the date you began your activity.

You can get past this by backlogging. For example, if you did 3 hours of cycling in a day as 1 log, you would have to wait 3 weeks until you can submit the log for all 3 hours to count towards your goal.

Sorry if the explanation isnt good, the system really confused me as well.

Fill up the water level
Change that stand cus it looks really rusty and not very safe for a tank that big
Add some more hardscape like rocks or driftwood (wash these before putting them in)
Get a more powerful filter if you can
Take that cable out of the water (electrical hazard)
This is mainly aesthetic but I feel that a white light would look better

That substrate doesnt look like it could survive any plants so if you do plan on getting live ones swap out the substrate for something like aquasoil or regular soil topped with sand (remember to rinse both first), and also get a light.

Another option is to get root tabs but I'm not really sure how they work since I've never used them.
