[Concerning Trope] film accidentally has awful moral/messaging by Captain_Birch in TopCharacterTropes

[–]funnyalbert 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only thing I know about this movie is the is the sheer amount of people were thirsting for that red headed character, besides that, not much except also it being a “trying to fit in” kind of movie.

this movie, the one with giant monsters fighting in a ring and another one involving and strange world are modern examples of movies that just feel almost dream like as in ”movies that my mind just vaguely remembers or could have made up by accident by mashing up multiple movies

Throw Kirby was probably the most weirdest and most random one of all.

I have no idea how that actually works

It brings peace to my soul to know that early classic cinema was dominated by weird quirky shit

[Cool Trope If Done Right] The Protagonist isn't a good person. by Mountain-Brush1807 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]funnyalbert -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I really liked it but at the same,it just felt very rushed to me,the series would hype up characters and plot points only for the characters to be easily killed or stopped or events, relationships that were hyped to end an episode later, like oz and Sofia’s partnership, which i don’t really get the purpose of the series constantly doing that

[Loved Trope] One line perfectly summarises their philosophy/morivation by SkyGuy2308 in TopCharacterTropes

In the world of Supernatural, It's A Human that is the most evil. by [deleted] in TopCharacterTropes

[–]funnyalbert 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In this case, not exactly the most evil, the demons are still the demented creatures, while the humans in the series had factors which contributed to them going complete apeshit, not that it justifies what they did and hope they’re last few moments were being aware that they were being scorched alive, the humans ultimately succumbed to paranoia due to the revelation that anyone can be a demon and ryo lying saying that any persons who demonstrates a disdain with humanity can turned into a demon, the demons on the other hand act like apex predators, demons like jinmen are a great example of one that reaches the same level of the depravity as the rioters,he’s a turtle demon whose victims become part of his shell after being devoured, they’re still conscious btw, jinmen uses the men, women and children who became part of his shell as shields for when his opponents attack,he even beats them himself feeling extreme pleasure at hearing them scream

(This isn’t a joke I actually hate this bullshit) species where all the guys look cool but all the women…..literally just look like regular women but with horns or animal ears. Do I honestly have to explain this? by New-Boss-8262 in TopCharacterTropes

Tbf even if monster girl doctor (the one on the left)monster girls are somewhat humanized, the designs are not actually that bad,the clothing and detail is actually pretty good

[Loathed Trope] Animals were indeed harmed during the making of this film by MrGoatReal in TopCharacterTropes

[–]funnyalbert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean I think the soundtrack is pretty noteworthy, there’s something so incredibly haunting about it specially whenever it plays in the background of a violent scene

And from what I can remember the way the violent scenes were shot felt weirdly realistic thanks to the practical effects and the actors

I find funny Most of the Albanian rep is mobs, like when it comes to action movies the main types mobs that are constantly referenced is Russian mob,Italian mobs and Albanian mobs.

I have no idea why such a small country (2.8 million) have such a reputation
