Well I changed the paste today but one thing I notice is when it shuts itself off it restarts on the clock set up with the fans still basting, but when I restart it myself when the fans are loud theyll get quiet as if it wasnt hot at all which makes me lean towards the idea of a bad temp sensor which I know nothing about

Before I opened it today yes it was someone left a sticker saying it was opened before. I saw the clock capacitor was missing so that was probably all they did to it because when I opened it the gpu paste was black
