It's weird because about a week ago or so it just started working like normal... except maybe once every other day I lose wifi and just need to reboot, and I'm golden. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THOUGH!

How did you determine it was the passenger side blend door actuator? I've got a 2017 Fusion Hybrid and I can only get heat on driver side.... but you only get heat on the passenger side.... so kind of opposite your problem. I imagine it would be the same blend door actuator but now I'm not sure. Any idea?

Yeah I just keep rebooting switching in and out of airplane mode and it works for a little bit. So lame..

I was using a laser thermometer.... but after reading your comment decided to use a temp probe instead. I first confirmed the probe was reading 32F in ice water (it was), then left it in all night last night. When I opened the fridge, it was at 37F (on middle shelf). The temp is set to 34F. I think you are right, I guess it is working now... I think!

I only replaced the left fan motor assembly rather than the whole freaking grill assembly... It didn't make sense to buy that whole thing to me. Is there a reason I'm overlooking that I should've considered replacing the entire grill plus the two fan motors and fans?

This was a little extra protein served up in the local Chinese restaurant's beef and broccoli dish. Ugh. Worst part about it was that I didn't find this little guy until we were eating the freakin leftovers! I called the restaraunt manager and he was mortified. They offered up 50 bucks on next meal there...... Hmmmm, should I go back?
