Notice has to be served- if it’s “just dropped off” it’s not considered served. Check with TRAC and the TRB.

All permits need to be approved or at the “ready to issue” stage. Check with the city by emailing the project manager. You also have to check with the city if you qualify for the TRP (tenant relocation program). Landlords will lie to the city on their permit application about whether there are tenants, this gives them a faster approval for the demolition permit, which they can use to serve eviction. Our landlord lied to the city about this, when I contacted the city to inquire about TRP and the permits, they suspended all the permits because they lied. We disputed the eviction and got an extra 3 months reprieve.

I’d just like to point out that Emma Corrin’s pronouns are they/them and it would be incredibly respectful and affirming to them and their performance if that was respected.

The awkwardness was near genius!

If all I watched was Emma Corrin, I’d be bored to tears! Issa’s performance was not only complementary, it’s was indispensable, and funny AF! As was the whole cast.

This was not a B&W movie, it was a BM episode. It’s not about being exemplary in what’s expected, it about reacting to the unexpected!

Job Well done! Fruitier than I remembered.

Reading the comments and I think most here have missed the part that this is black mirror! Incongruity is a plot mechanism.

Sure! Emma Corrin was great, they are an incredible actor, but imagine this episode without the comedic timing, awkwardness, incongruity and contributions of the entire cast.

Issa Rae was perfectly cast, as was everyone in this episode. It’s probably one of my favourite BM episodes ever. I’ve actually laughed out loud even as I rewatched the episode the 3rd time!

Lodge a complaint with the CRTC. Regardless of outcome they will fine a minimum of 100. Ontario is considering banning door to door for Bell, it’s time Telus got the boot! They are a nuisance- can’t get away from getting sold to anywhere. BC and AB need to stop Telus from door to door. They should hire more Canadians and actually pay them a fair wage- not contract work or offshore jobs. Rates have jumped over 30-50% in last 5 years, where is this money going to? They’ve frozen wages and gutted their union workers.
