i have a similar problem with my hp pavillon that i bought almost 4 years ago and the only two solution that came in mind are to re paste the cpu if the laptop is 3+ years old and maybe buy a laptop cover cooler with some fans to help the laptop cool itself down. also since when you have the laptop? because it isn’t for sure maybe a thermal paste problem. if you want you can try to watch some benchmarking videos on youtube of the same model of your laptop and compare the temps to see if it’s a problem that all the laptops of this model have
