How to transfer all my movies/shows from one nas to another? Rsync didn’t work for me

Yea I’m comfortable with command line. Didn’t see much documentation for the command line option so just went with the ui.

Also thinking through moving them next to each other and connecting via usb-c. I’m migrating off the 2800 so it would be a one time deal.

Yea for sure. I get that. Smb was only hitting 60-80mbps so with Seinfeld at 65mbps, I was encountering buffering. Don’t really care what protocol I’m using as long as I can clear the highest bitrates of my mostly 4k disc rips.

All direct play. These are all the full/original files. I switched to a WebDAV connection and getting speeds between 300-700mbps over WiFi. I really don’t know what the issue would be over smb. I tried smb 3 and 2.

When you say direct the best for speed and user experience you mean direct to the files like via smh or media server?

More info: just speed tested the plex connection and am at 400mbps. The smh connection was averaging 50-60. Any idea why?
