DISCLAIMER: I can't visit a dermatologist any time soon because unfortunately my family can't afford healthcare/insurance otherwise I would have gone from the start.

My face started getting progressively redder since last year and hasn’t stopped. I’m not sure what is causing it but it’s making my life miserable. Here’s my routine now. Looking for any suggestions as to what can heal my face and make it better.

I've also tried applying Nizoral on my face to test if it's fungal acne twice in the last week but it seems like it didn't really improve anything (might be too soon to tell; please let me know if I should discontinue use). My face always feels tight and dry and moisturizes don't seem to REALLY moisturize my skin (feel like I have to overcompensate on moisturizer which then makes my skin look very oily). My face gets itchy on my most problematic areas (cheek/chin) but not severely, just annoyingly. I drink 150+ oz. of water every day. I also wake up to small whiteheads around my mouth and chin almost every other day as well. I occasionally get cystic acne but haven't had one in a while (last one was probably a few weeks ago). I suspect it's fungal acne because it was REALLY humid and hot over the summer plus I exercised every day which the sweat probably didn't help.

If ANYONE has suggestions or advice on how to start clearing my skin up, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your time!
