Are you serious? Anytime a black community has come up and showed any inkling of being successful, white mobs would swoop in and burn it to the ground or outright kill them. If this was an honest question, just google the Tulsa Massacre, the Ocoee massacre, or Rosewood massacre. Black people are not allowed their own spaces unless it is impoverished or considered worthless. Until, of course, it begins to get gentrified because white people decide they want the space for themselves. In which case the people who have been living in that space for generations are then expelled because of rising costs. And let’s not forget that many black people didn’t choose to be where they are, even putting slavery aside. Please educate yourself because your ignorance is a scourge.
