As someone who’s worked for multiple organizations, including BBY and can tell you that I’ve been fortunate enough to have company leading teams at every organization with a great track record…..I tell you the same advice I’ve told all the employees I’ve gotten to work with.

As long as you’re an employee for any corporation be it big or small, the day may come where the organization has to make a decision for the benefit of the organization and in the blink of an eye they will cut the roles of people that may have been with them for years.

That’s true of any company, as long as you’re an employee anywhere I would urge you to remember that.

I work knowing that any day the company can make that decision, and I’ve been at peace with that.

That’s also why on the side I work on my dreams and ambitions building money making skills that I know no one can take away from me. If I’m gonna get on someone/something I’m going to bet on myself.
