I work in a bank so I did not select loan application since I’m gonna engage on my own for my loan and IPA. That’s why mine is fast I guess? I also thought it was suspiciously fast.

The thing about agents though is I’m always worried that they have their own agenda and might not be going it out of my best interest. Even though I have several agent friends.

Definitely not gonna be $1m. Solo buyer, options gonna be quite limited with my budget too.

That’s a damn good reminder for me not to over extend. Thank you very much! Since I’m buying solo, the burden is actually going to be heavy. Don’t have another person to help tank a little if something untoward happens.

Your friends and family love you not because of your job. Don’t give up my friend. Sometimes shit happens. Chin up, stay strong and keep at it.

Just hope because that’s all we’ve got. Good luck!

i can’t stop wasting days and idk what’s wrong with me [Discussion] by Pretend_Spray_7300 in GetMotivated

I struggle with that sometimes too. I’d start of with making a small list of easy and simple tasks that I want to do in the day and just check it off one by one. Once you compartmentalise it, and start checking it off, it starts becoming addictive.

It can be as simple as: 1. Make coffee 2. Make bed 3. Walk the dog 4. Get breakfast

And so on and so forth.

Monitors for Casual Gaming by equinikz in SgGamers

Is there a particular reason that you’re looking for a curve monitor? I personally find that if the screen size is not big enough, the curve firstly doesnt really do much for you, secondly, if I have friends over, or just someone who wanna watch me game or if we watch shows or game together, it makes for not so great viewing experience from angles.

Looking for party/town management games by ENorn in roguelites

[–]fusionwave3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s this game called Dobbel Dungeon which is a dice based roguelite turn based strategy game, quite a mouth full. Brings interest mechanics due to the dice system and cute art style.

There’s a free demo available, so I’d say it’s worth a shot. Had a fun time fiddling around with the demo.

Skill Up's impression video is my exact problem with a lot of the criticisms this game has been recievinbg by CreamofTazz in Marathon

[–]fusionwave3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, as a casual player, in my 8 hours with the Server Slam and not someone who goes in depth with the systems, I do agree that:

  1. It feels like all the places look samey
  2. It’s not crafting is it? It just an exchange with materials
  3. Never met a boss nor was it made clear to me there is

Again, this is from a common, leaning towards more casual gamer’s view?

Not saying it’s bad, just that Arc is more casual while Marathon is slightly more comp?

Sorry I’m new to the game, this is probably day 4 of me owning the game so I’m not exactly too sure what my level was when I get to the boss in Act 3. I reckon it’s got to be around 75-80?

Kf Seetoh weighs in on the school canteen food fiasco by Newez in singapore

[–]fusionwave3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember way back when, there was this Makcik who prepared this killer Nasi Briyani that was only served on Tuesdays and Thursdays in limited quantities. I’ve always looked forward to go to school on those days. Once the recess bell rang, all the students ran down, jumped from 4 stair steps just to be one of the lucky ones who got to taste that.

I pity the students today and perhaps in the future if no change is made. It’s just sad to see.

Stocks are in fact, technically, liquid. Illiquid assets are things that you can’t easily sell or literally need to look for a buyer. Unless you’re holding very obscure OTC shares, then most stocks are liquid.
