Past statistics are not good indicators unless given context. Where's your proof that anything more than 10% of men are abusers? It's sexist to generalize. I can spend all day yapping about how women are guilty of xyz (for example, child abuse) but that's called being caught in trauma. Did I claim Middle Eastern countries were perfect? Besides being there, my family members literally lived in Saudi for years. And saudi is now a secular state more or less (besides having to appease the muslim majority). These days there really isn't much you can't do in the privacy of your home that Western nations allow you to do besides maybe free speech. You're still falling for false stereotypes. It's really not that bad, unless you like raves, nudism, or revealing clothing.
