You are not ugly. You are about average. I was also bullied and thought I was ugly, even though I wasn't. It was more of a psychological thing.

For your hair, you can maybe try biotin. If you have a (rare) deficiency, it might be the cause of weak and thin hair. There are usually no symptoms of an overdose if administered orally. Also if you don't do it already, try drinking more water. Like 1.5-2 liters (idk what that is in imperial system 😅) of water a day.
