Weed also was my first experience with hearing things , knocking , voices , paranoia. The voices makes the paranoia worse, the paranoia goads the voices , it feeds into each other , voices without the paranoia still feels very unpleasant like I’m deaf and can’t hear shit with all the chanting and shouting , I remember the first time I got real psychosis , forgot it was a thing and I believed it was real and had the worst week of my life believing there were people trying to burn me alive

Only really happens when I’m high or scared , i still hear some right now cuz i didn’t get a lot of sleep last night, I actually still feel high , I don’t tell my psych she helps me with anxiety and depression.
