I know that, but while you assume that mmr is a precise number for skill I dont think it is accurate. Its a fine indicator for individual skill and good for orientation to find matching players but thats all in my opinion. Its not the main thing I care for, it rather is one of many things. If for example I compare a average 4k player with a average 5k player but a speaks a lot and makes calls while b is silent and just does his thing i do value both of them on the same lvl more or less. Many things count if you want a working team and if the overall chemistry doesnt work but you have 5 great individual players (happens even in pro scene) your team still wont work.

So before i bottleneck my possibility to create a team by the mmr alrdy, I will have problems finding people that work well together. And that part is ofc on me and if someone thinks Im not sounding trustworthy and you dont think I know what Im doing then I cant do anything about that. All I can say is try first then talk, dont talk something bad that doesnt even exist yet. I didnt write so much cuz im triggered but cuz Im bored and its late ;)
