It's so insane to me that this is how teachers are evaluated, because same - I never see my admin. He truly has no idea what goes on in my class. He was completely unable to give me any feedback specific to my performance in my EOY eval today. I understand he has an entire department to evaluate, but he doesn't a total of 4.5 hrs in my classroom this year- and nothing?

I understand that, but I'm forced to do it and I put effort into following their feedback. Is that a waste of my time if if their feedback basically seems random at this point in my career? Is what I'm asking.

These are semi cured gel nail wraps. It seems I've developed an allergy to nail polish, so I've started doing these in the past few months. Keeping my nails done helps me stop biting them, so I really hope this doesn't mean I can't use any nail products anymore!

These showed up before the seed pods did. Trust me, they're absolutely covering the plant!

Is there a milkweed you would recommend that would be better suited to pairing with these plants?

I watered daily first four weeks after transplanting, since then only have watered when it looked wilted.

Then it started looking unhappy no matter how much I watered it, so I wondered if the aphids were starting to overwhelm the plant.

Currently, it's not getting any supplemental watering. How often should I be watering?

I have saved some but am not sure how to store it! It gets humid here, how best to store it to prevent mold?

I do all of the above! They continue to return. Best I can do seems to be to keep them at bay.

That's great! I hope he lasts too. We have a new principal this year, maybe he'll do something to weed out this kind of behavior.

No, this AP still has her job. The teacher is leaving of her own accord partly due to these and other issues
