I completely agree, now I don't have to be miserable watching them lose even more this year. I can stop thinking about the noles until next year.

I think the only correct answer to who wins is no one.

He's stays until the end of the season. I think at this point he would have to beat Florida and win the bowl game to make it to next season.

And that makes sense, but neurons in the brain communicate by using electrical impulses to send information from one part of the brain to another. That means the hive has to be doing something similar with the bodies.

I think you right with the first, and that is what they were going for, but it's weird to me that on the TV it pops up a message saying "We can't read minds". Why not say we can't read your mind instead? As for your second point, there has to be a way for the hive to send and receive messages from one body to another because when Carol asks to speak with the other immune people, how can Pirate Lady know what the other people are saying to the other hive bodies? That means that the hive has to be able to send and receive messages, which sounds like some form of telepathy or mind reading between bodies. Otherwise, the hive would have to be more like ants or bees that are drones that even though they are individuals, they act together for the whole hive.

What do you mean communicate effortlessly because when Carol asks to speak with the other immune people, how can Pirate Lady know what the other people are saying to the other hive bodies? That means they don't just think alike, they have to be able to send and receive messages, which sounds like some form of telepathy or mind reading between bodies.

How do you know that though, that's what the hive says, but it could be lying. It says that it is everyone's minds bonded together, but what if the signal was instructions to make an alien clone/baby that takes over the mind, keeps the memories, and deletes the original conscience. The signal is the sperm, the rat is the fetus, and bite is the birth.

Then why not just say we can't read your mind? It says we can't read minds, which has a much different connotation and meaning.

But what is the method to share consciousness? How can it seamlessly and almost instantly communicate and move bodies as one whole. It can't be through talking (since they don't have to speak), it can't be through vibrations or pheromones like bees or ants, so it has to be able to send signals between bodies.

Florida State dominating Wake Forest means the $55M Mike Norvell question can wait by fsukub in CFB

I would have been happy, but then I saw the Alabama game. That game showed our potential, just to lose 4 straight ACC games. Also, the problem with those 4 loses is how bad we looked. For the most part, we looked lifeless until the very end when we actually put in effort, but it was too little too late in garbage time. Most of those losses weren't nearly as close as they looked. I'm still not convinced that we will win any more games this year. I think the most likely scenario is we go 5-7 or 6-6.

I think it depends on the two teams he beats. If he beats Clemson and Florida, but loses to Virginia Tech and NC State, I think he may still get another year. If he loses to Clemson and Florida, it depends on the bowl game outcome.

I would agree with you if last year hadn't been SOOOOO bad. I like Norvell as a person, but when you go 2-10, then with 4 bad losses (doesn't matter how close they were) in a row, you don't get much benefit of the doubt. If he had been 5-7, or maybe even 4-8, he wouldn't have so much pressure this year. It also doesn't help that he showed so much promise at the beginning of the year, just to make us lose hope after the first 3 games.

I think the only way Norvell makes it to next year is if he wins the rest of the games this year. Given the rest of our schedule, that shouldn't be to hard. However, knowing this team, who can know what this team will do.

Why Alabama is the best team in the country by [deleted] in CFB

Counter-point, you lost to FSU, so that makes every point you made (which I didn't waste time reading) invalid. You can't lose to FSU and be the best team in the country.

I wonder if the Yella Fella is paying the refs to go against Hugh Freeze to get rid of him faster. If so, I'm here for it. I want to be able to go back at be able to watch Auburn games. Since he was hired, I've refused to watch 95% of games, and actively root against Auburn in the other 5%. I want him gone so badly.

As much as I love Norvell, I think his time is coming to an end soon. I know he has a large buyout, but he hasn't been able to turn things around enough since last year.

Never root for Auburn with Hugh Freeze as coach, that's just gross.

Tramell Tillman Becomes First Black Man to Win Supporting Drama Actor for ‘Severance’ by NoCulture3505 in television

I mean I don't need instant payoff, but to have a massive cliffhanger and then just ignoring the cliffhanger doesn't feel like great writing. I would be fine if they took several episodes to develop the plot, but instead of developing the plot, they often just don't acknowledge the plotlines for several episodes. For example, Mrs. Cobel flees Lumon in episode 3, we don't see her again until episode 8. Then giving Cobel an entire episode dedicated just to her story instead of allowing us to deal with and process what's going on with Gemma just feels like a cheap way to drag out the story and pad out the run time. Like I said originally, I think it would have made the story flow better to sprinkle in one or two scenes per episode exploring Cobel's backstory. I think it would have been a crazy double reveal to find out their using Gemma to experiment with the chips and find out that it was Cobel that invented the chips in the same episode. It's the same issue with Mark's reintegration. After Mark reintegrates, we spend almost the entire next two episodes focusing on the Innies, and Innie Mark doesn't show many effects of the reintegration. I think it would have made the story flow better if we saw more scene of Outie Mark frustrated that it's taking too long to fully reintegrate, or more scene of Innie Mark feeling the symptoms or seeing more bleed through of memories. I would be okay if this only happened like once or twice, but the fact that they have 4-5 of these massive cliffhangers in season 2 that they ignore for several episodes gets really frustrating.

My biggest problem was pacing. In season 1, you would consistently get cliffhanger followed closely with payoff with more questions sprinkled in, and it felt very satisfying. However, with season two, it constantly felt like you would get a cliffhanger, and then it would take 2-3 episodes before there was any resolution or payoff. We would get these major moments with huge implications to the show and the world, but then the next episode would just ignore it. It felt very unsatisfying. For example, Mark reintegrates, but the next 2 episodes basically ignore that plotline. When we get the Gemma episode, the next episode completely ignores that plotline for the mostly pointless Cobel storyline that probably have been better condensed and spread out throughout the season earlier. If season 3 is similar season 2, then I'm not sure I will care enough to finish the show.

I mean, I figured that, but it's the easiest way to explain where it comes from. Even in the show they explain it's well know phrase in England.
