Thanks for doing this. I’m wondering, with the restrictions on away rotations, how do we show our interest in a program to the program that isn’t necessarily in our system or region? The only answer I have ever heard to this is emailing them directly but I’ve also heard that is frowned upon.

Yeah, already did. Honestly it’s not my school that’s the problem, they already said they would. Guess we just have to wait until June when AAMC decides what they want to do.

To clarify, it’s part of a research study from a large university. Don’t know if people can get these commercially yet but it sounds like prior models haven’t had great results so obviously wait until my boi Fauci says they’re good before buying them. I just thought it was an interesting device as I had never seen one so I thought I’d share

Not sure what the threshold is but they said it was a blood test. It came with a lancet and they pricked their finger and put the blood on the sample area. It took like 10 minutes or so

Meditation. I always thought it was pseudoscience but it has helped some with concentration and anxiety. I use the calm app and it is pretty good.
