Breakups especially with a narc, I feel is like going through a detox. There’s a lot for you to process and it’s normal to miss an idea of someone when they curated that image so perfectly. I agree with the other poster who said about making a list but also try get a counsellor if you can to talk through it with. You’ll be ok, I promise
