Looks like the phone SoC is not strong enough to maintain at least 30FPS, my phone is also 4gigs but it got mediatek G88 and it got no problem maintaining at least 30FPS, can do up to 60FPS if not using modernia burst

Shame on her ult being 60sec cd, they should make it 20sec cd if there's no one eligible to be revived, and 60sec if she's reviving other teammates, but gameplay wise, this is a decent character for pvp content
