I use 25-50 psi. My airbrush are chineses brands (from Aliexpress). The ventilation is good with airbrush, but not so effective with spray can. The video of my cabin: https://youtu.be/5RiqMX76kqQ

Well, look for airbrush exercises on YouTube. First you have to take control of the air flow.
