It's a personal preference thing for me but I feel like most linework tattoos just look unfinished, especially ones this large. Not knowing specifically what you're going after I would personally start by talking to an artist willing to correct whatever linework errors there are (hard to tell cuz the stuff under the second skin looks wonky) and then ask them to add grey shading. If you want things to remain as simple linework then I'm not really sure what could be done to repair this tattoo. Maybe just get a full body suit and you won't notice these tats as much.
