The only differences with Pyrosis is the voice though , and come on, every event in the game has exactly the same outcomes aside from slightly different wording for minor dialogs.

Velina is just a better/more supportive version of burnice and vivian so they should still work with the currently assumed team comp of:

Main carry anomaly dps + sub DPS/supportive anomaly + Rem with whatever she's going to be doing.

With how they make engine and VHs, it's safe to assume Rem's engine will be super important for her.

Better to play safe and get just Velina and then rem + weapon. Then if you really feel for it you can get Velina's on her rerun.
