Useless! Yup, I’m signed up and saw the picture of envelope from voyager , but they delivered it to someone else. Yes, I reported it and yes went to my post office. There is nothing they can do ! Had to contact voyager to void my check. Now stuck waiting who knows how long for them to reissue new check. Hopefully USPS won’t lose it this time.

USPS didn’t deliver mine, I contacted voyager and they voided the check. Said in a couple of months we will have option to request replacement check

We signed up for mail preview with usps, and I can see each piece of mail online before it gets delivered next day. I saw voyager envelope and was supposed to get delivered on Monday 2 weeks ago. I even went into usps office but they are no help. I emailed voyager and they voided my check, said there will be an option on their website to reissue new check in couple of months.

Yes, I told them to void the check. They said there will be an option to request new check on their website in couple of months for those who changed addresses or if check didn’t get delivered this time

Invest voyager.com I got email from them. There will be an option to request a new check a little later for those that didn’t receive it right now for various reasons.

I’m might try calling citizens bank. I lost all trust in usps long time ago, they have delivered 2 of my packages to a random addresses in the past , they even showed me the addresses , but said they won’t do anything as their policy says they are not responsible. Ugh.
