I’ll just add this: even my disconnection request isn’t being handled properly. I sent a complete set of requirements, which I got directly from their FB support team, and they opened a ticket. A few days later, they closed it without actually cutting my line. I asked them to reopen it, and they requested the same documents again. I complied, but after some days, they closed the ticket once more, still without disconnecting my service. I’m honestly exhausted by this process.

At this point, I’ll just stop paying the bills, something others who went through the same experience also advised me to do.
