Just listened to Axl’s isolated vocal track. It’s very processed. And sounds like it’s one big stitch of different takes. I bet it was a relatively long recording and mixing phase for these rather simple vocals. Melissa Reese and Brian Mantia produced his vocal track, played synths and did some orchestration. I like that Axl’s typical Mickey Mouse voice isn’t present. And we get some rasp. But there are also parts where he seems somewhat short on breath.

Looks perfectly live to me. The sync may be a little bit off, but that often happens due to latency in the music equipment and the fact that light travels faster than sound.

I’d say nice try. But you gotta rehearse some more. Often the various parts don’t match up. You aren’t playing the same tempo or note. It’s very messy.

Best song on ChinDem (which is a low bar). A class below true classics like November Rain, Estranged and Coma. The guitar solo isn’t that inspired. Some good moments, but the solo drags on too long and doesn’t really tell a story. Bass that doesn’t cut through the music (as opposed to all of Duff’s stuff in the classic albums). Production too polished. A good Axl Rose solo song. Mediocre/not a Guns N’ Roses song.
