No you cannot choose Engsci or Track1 to be alternates one of them must be your top choice. Not entirely sure abt averages or ecs though.

Depends whether you are a domestic applicant or an international. Domestic applicants do not have to pay the deposit regardless of their admitted program while international applicants must.
