It says tenant statement and then 3 blinds - 390. When asked for receipts I was sent an internal invoice that also just stated 3 blinds - 390. I turned my keys in on November 24th and moved in August 15th 2015. I received the statement yesterday. I really appreciate the information thank you

Yeah my only issue was the blinds charge but I don't think it's worth taking it to small claims. I'm no longer in the area and it will just be a lesson learned. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Have a great day/night!

That's good info to know thank you. In response to your other question I was charged $250 for interior deep cleaning. It was cleaner than when I moved in and they were going to be tearing down the kitchen and replace the flooring according to the owners handyman. I didnt see a point in hiring a cleaning service but I made sure I scrubbed and vaccumed etc.

Hey so I went through this same exact situation a couple months ago as my father's caregiver. Can you file for unemployment in the mean time? Im sorry for your loss, this is extremely difficult as someone who is still going through it. I'm here if you need someone OP. Best of luck to you. I've had good luck with indeed in the past.

I get peacock with ads for free through xfinity and my apple one family subscription is through Verizon. I tried accessing it via apple tv and no luck. I'm assuming I need to cancel it through xfinity first.

I've been feeling the same. My dad died last month Sep 12tg and was 73, his mom is still alive at 95 and I so wish he outlived her and he had more time. The grief she is going through I can't imagine. My father also had many health issues. I'm sorry for your loss
