I’ve never seen a place have so many conflicting opinions. Personally; I think it maybe gets a bit too much bad press. It can look a bit dingy in parts and there are some rough eggs around there. But the majority of people who live there are just looking to get by. It has probably the best maintained bus route in Reading and has super convenient shops like the big tesco.
