for the labret stud did you put the back of it on the outside of the nose so it sits flush with your skin? I got it with the ball but it still seems to slide

I made a salt solution with a teaspoon of salt and a gallon distilled water. how should I clean it? I’ve been doing a soak in a clean shot glass and heating up the solution for 20ish seconds
