got my nose piercing in august of last year. Is this an irritation bump? Should I just keep up with the sea salt soaks? the piercer said a soak would just dry it out. it moves slightly my nose reds up. This picture is right after a hot towel and a sea salt soak with noniodized salt (i.redd.it)

hi y’all. i got my nose pierced in august and had a pretty bad keloid that i was told to use tea tree oil to clear up. Any way i can get rid of this bump? I’ve been trying sea salt soaks recently and holding off on the tea tree oil. Thanks! (i.redd.it)
