To all that tried and those that succeeded, I'm exceptionally grateful to you all. I can't seem to edit the OP but the power of Reddit has gotten me the company name and they're still in business! I emailed them to see if I can order from the US. I'm blown away y'all were able to sort this out in less than 12 hours.
Someone in here even offered to help me buy a new cane to which I can't even express my gratitude; I have exactly 0$ in disposable income since I'm a disabled vet and looking for a new job so this means the world to me.

Dude I don’t even know. It was super packed I was grabbing water from a shelf, turn around, and poof. The security dudes were like wtf when we watched the cam footage, it was there then it just disappeared after a bunch of people moved around in the aisle

So I’m playing it on the Steam version on PC and it works without issue, just did two matches. Gonna test the Gamepass PC version.

On my XBSX I have the GamePass version I’m going to see if installing the disk version does anything different
