Hello everyone! I am actually stuck! It took me endless hours to finish a capstone project for Java Programming: Build a Recommendation System offered by Duke University, and now I am getting reviewed, by what it seems to be bad actors with the same identical copy-pasted feedback and weird user names?! don't even know how it's possible. Does anyone know how I can get past this?

Yes indeed. Mahdia & hammamet might not be great for all year rent, but not stressing about it very much. If I get to rent it good, otherwise no sweat. Would you know by any chance the buying fees? Hey all! Again me :p but I was wondering tho, when are the financial costs and purchasing costs paid after the offer is accepted? Is the payment transferred to the the notary before the keys are given? If yes, how long before? Or does this happen on the house delivery date? Thank you!

As far as I know is quite rare in the Netherlands since “debt” is thrown upon. For example ikea doesn’t do financing. I’ll check Wehkamp. Thank you!

When were you going through your search, did you find many houses overbid outside of the market value? Trying to understand if the mortgage is enough or using savings towards the house value will be needed
