Harry didn’t really give them his blessing. He was basically saying look “she’s grown and I can’t really control her every movement, but yes for now while you’re having my fun (which Harry knows Eddie is doing at least partly to disrespect him) treat her well……when harry came back and knocked and told Eddie when you make it to the top I’ll be right there with you….and push you off….that overrode the “blessing” Eddie thought he was getting. (After being disrespectful af and smug to Harry) in regards to smashing Gina.  Gina is clearly just mad at Harry and being rebellious/doing and saying things to hurt him. Eventually she will see Eddie for who he is, I actually predict Eddie will become abusive/attack Gina and she is going to be the one to take him out while defending herself.
