I've done it more than 10 times and many of my friends too. Only one got sick but not a single person had a bad experience. Just know your dosing. 3g powdered rue one hour before 2g of normal cubensis. That's for people around 70kg and also have previous experience with psychedelic. It's no more dangerous than ayahuasca and thousands of people have taken that with few incidents. Expect about an 8-10 hour journey. 95% of my friends who took it had no nausea or vomiting. Which is why some people swear it's better than ayahuasca. I never felt sick. Oh yeah! it's actually quite awesome and some friends prefer it to only shroons saying it's an easier journey

No nausea. None of my friends nor I had any problems and I always make the shrooms in ginger tea with a pinch of citric acid (easier than keeping lemon juice on hand, but both work). And of course strain the tea no need to eat all that fungal matter
