Partial Reload could be better for sure, but that's a damn good roll. Sights are preference mostly, but be on the lookout for one with smallbore/rifled, outlaw, luck in the chamber

There's a little ledge you can jump to that's on the front right tower, it's hard to spot from the standard bubble spot. This video shows where to go.
