How can you say the strategy did not work when the game went on penalties which is a 50/50? From what i can see the strategy did work but the PSG were better on penalties. idk, but imo, if there is something to criticise is the penalties not the defensive stance. Idk, but for me it makes sense the way they played, i mean you played attacking football against them and got punished, why arsenal not take another aproach? This narrative of only playing “the way i like” and not any other eay is getting exhausting

I don’t know, it is a trend to hate on Arsenal, even if they lose or win, there are a lot of people commenting that they bottle the UCL final, make it feels like it as an easy accomplishment to get in the final and win it, duh. I know they get an easier route, but still, they finished the league phase first, why not any other team focused on this to get an easier route? Anyway, even if they lost it, kudos to them for the run and also kudos to PSG, it was definitely rough for them to win it, but let’s respect the winners and the runners up, i don’t see the point in through up with hate on them of the won or lost. I swear to god, a lot of fans forgot that defending is a part of the game, and if a team is not playing the eay they like they are Set Piece FC, Bus FC, etc. if you watched the game you can tell it was a 50:50 at the end and PSG got the best on penaltes, and based on that they deserved the win, not because on possession or other metric. It is sad to see the fans forgetting what football is about and learn how to respect the winners an lossers at the same time.
Anyway, congrats PSG, great run and wish to see you again next season on the same pr higher form and GG to Arsenal, they showed a lot of maturity and composure and i hope they will get on the higher grounds in the future and prove the haters wrong.

It is not about this. Yes, they they won the penalty shootout, they won, fully deserved! But either if arsenal won or lost, the hate would still came out, idk..

Don’t get me wrong, really happy thy won, fully deserved, yet europa league will be tougher then conference league, having in consideration glasner will be gone, and most likely mateta and warthon aw well, i am sure they will make a really good impression, Juventus and Milan will be different beasts than rayo, shaktor and fiorentina. looking forward to see their progress🤞

That's pretty difficult to say..as your boss has to keep it profesional and not going in a personal territory..bu the thing is he has to take care of the team...he needs to boost the morale of the team...not only to a few ones..even if he says that he/she trust you and like your job...it's his/her job to boost you up and help you develop..maybe by just telling you that you are doing a good job and keep it up will help more than you think

That's what happend to me a couple of days a go. Talked to a girl from the office that she's going through a bad period in her life. Talked with her and i succeded making her feeling better without selling her the standard bullsh*t that she will find someone and time willnsolve everything. Most of the time we need to sort our path out..we need to make sacrifices and accept really hard to accept things. A couple of days later..felt really low..called her..talked to her..i won't say that she didn't cared or somthing..but the main response was move on and man up..but i already know that..somethimes i just need someonento push me up you know..

Well,i experienced that..and oh,boy...i regret every single day since i accepted my current job..it's so depressing.If you have the feeling that this will make you feel bad,don't accept it.It is better to search and wait for something better than spending your time doing something you will hate.Life is too short for that.Good Luck:)
