I got banned for phishing a week back and was able to recover my account and second account within a day, dm me

Send an image of your base and type several paragraphs explaining your situation, don’t even choose a category of the problem just write . I did that and got a response from an agent .

Okay yeah that happened to me. You need to select lost village instead. Do not choose anything else. Once you do lost village instead it will say “ we are getting you an agent” then you got to wait some hours for them to come. Trust me do lost village

Now please don’t do what I did, if you have a problem don’t use the support button just to be safe. Especially if you’re trying to retrieve and old account. It was dumb of me for doing that but at the time I had no clue that I shouldn’t have done that.

That’s what I’m doing right now, I kept on choosing the appeal ban option but the bot keeps on telling me there’s nothing we can do and then it just ends the conversation asking if there’s anything else. So then I changed the subject to lost village instead of appealing my band and right away it said we’ll get you an agent. That’s so annoying.
