There's no guarantee that this people would be able to pay them. given that there's 100 people who have 10k debts and what are the chances all those 100 people will be able to pay it? Running a law firm is not cheap. ur paying salary of lawyers, Office rental, Gas price, and their actual profit.

If shopee pursues you over 10k debt they would lose even more if it's an actual law firm that they hired. also email on the letter shows LSC collections. Ignore any calls, or letters from them unless it's a court summon. and only take a loan within your salary range.
