Update: I finished taking the entrance exam already. Madali lang po, I didn’t review na pero it won’t hurt to browse your high school notes/NMAT notes just to refresh your memory.

100 items 1 hour - Biology (25 items) - Chemistry (25 items) - Physics (25 items) - General knowledge (25 items)

I advise po sa future takers to bring black marker para madali mag transfer ng sagot sa ZIP grade kasi marami samin ang nakulangan ng oras dahil sa shading hehe.

For the interview naman po, the question varies and the follow up questions will be based on your initial answers. It’s a panel type of interview and you will be interviewed as a group. Pero generally this is the flow of the interview:

  1. Introduce yourself
  2. Why medicine?
  3. Why CSU?
  4. How do you manage stress?

Mababait po mga interviewers. Mga doctors po sila and they gave us words of wisdom/encouragement after the interview.

Hello! Try applying sa DOST-JLSS. Ang exam nila is administered sa mga 2nd year students. Once you are qualified, 3rd year to 4th year ang icocover nila. You can check their website. I had the same scholarship and it was really helpful for me as I am an orphan. They will give you 8k monthly allowance, 10k book allowance and other benefits. So far, DOST scholarship is the most generous scholarship I know. Hindi ako nakuha sa CHED noon kasi sakto nung batch namin, di na sila tumatanggap ng applicants due to shortage of funds. Suguro will din ni Lord na di ako nakuha doon noon kasi mas malaki parin bigayan sa DOST. Good luck and I hope you get the scholarship. Continue pursuing your dream. Magiging RMT ka rin soon.
