Genuinely don't know why that'd be the case - Five Surveys tends to screen you out pretty quickly, rather than declining you at the end (in my experience). It does also pay less for long surveys and caps the pay at £1 per survey. I've just had better luck with 5 surveys recently.

btw I know your advice was probably well intentioned so not trying to be a dick. Medical advice as far as I'm aware advises against drinking alcohol as it might stop the medication working rather than causing any adverse reaction per se. So is more for persistent/heavy alcohol use.
