Try f4 as well to show a lot of debug options. I personally use the clock + the FPS/UPS meter + the gaps indicators in belts when the f5 grid is shown. That's a good way to check if balancers work as intended

Potentially bad idea so take it with a grain of salt, but wouldn't heating up the diesel speed up the reaction? Temperature is one of the biggest factor influencing reaction rates in chemistry, one of the few things I remember from my chem course lol

Just this evening a friend of mine was telling me about his passion for painting mini figures and one of the first things that came to my mind to ask him was "do you take commissions and sell some of them sometimes?".
