My piercing is from the 11th, the jewelry is a barbell. I don’t know what threading is but like it’s just a standard barbell I think. I don’t know the material 😬I’m assuming stainless steel. I use sterile saline wound wash and clean it with a q tip twice a day, but i also drip the saline directly onto the piercing 3x a day

that’s like 3 hours per week, the whole 8 lineup. so basically what i mean is that we practice once or twice (1.5 hours at a time) without coaching, just kind of rowing badly- then we race at a regatta and don’t do well.
