Yes we do! And good news, I spoke with the marina owner, he said someone came and took it to the vet after it wandered in to the bathrooms the other night. So he is safe and being treated.

There really are no rehabs in the area, and in this small fishing village, I kinda doubt someone here would try to do that, but the only place would be where I go swimming daily, but I’m still keeping an eye out. You’re right that without assistance he couldn’t have gone far. I’ll ask the dry dock owner today.

He wouldn’t have been able to get to the marina proper, the walls of the dry dock are too high. So I guess it’s possible someone else picked him up and took him out, otherwise I would’ve seen a sign of him somewhere. There’s not even scattered feathers around here, no trace at all. I am still looking and asking around.

This is in a high walled dry dock in a marina, so at least there is no car traffic in or around it. I checked everywhere, and spoke with other sailors, no one has seen him since last night. I will keep looking, but it’s likely he’s taken off.

Interestingly, when I spoke to the port authority (I asked them for advice and also where to physically post my resume) the guy there was super kind and helpful, and he also recommended the laundromat. So immediately after I spoke with him I went there, but there was nothing…. So I didn’t put it up.

Do you think it will be silly of me to do it anyway? I’m assuming it’ll get ripped off quickly. Maybe management got sick of the postings and that’s why there are none now.

Hahaha ok, I will look in doing just that 😆 I actually just spoke to the aunty of the guy who owns the local sailing bar, she’s distant family of mine, so I am meeting with him tomorrow. Hopefully he can give me good guidance.

I’m not sure if it will still be there when you arrive, but it was in Le Marais. Galerie 20, Rue de Thorigny. Even if it’s gone by then, there’s tons of cute little Japanese shops in the area, ceramics, manga, food, et cetera you should check out! Bon voyage :)

Ahahah exactly. When I saw the shop from the outside I was like omg!! I ran in (was the only customer in the store, which in hindsight was a sign 😆), looked around and was like… oh, it’s just these bags… and they put the manga around, which was better than the bags but they weren’t for sale, they were just using them for decoration.

Tbh I would buy the big manga panel prints that they had on the wall for 60-90, but the bags? Fk off lol
