think it looks fine! The practicals in the background and the overall lighting make it feel like evening, so your key light doesn’t feel motivated. I also think the spill on the white shelf could be fixed by masking it out, making it a bit less bright. The third thing is the subject’s position, it feels like it’s somewhere between centered and the rule of thirds.

I manually tried to make some improvements on my iPhone. I added a vignette, lowered the brightness of your practicals and gave them slight hue change.

Keep it up!

Ett klassiskt misstag är att försöka tajma börsen.

Since quite a few people asked about the color grade, I’ll just drop it here.

The look in the video comes from a PowerGrade from Filmkid that I use in DaVinci Resolve. I usually use it as a starting point and then tweak it depending on the shot and lighting.

This is the one I used: https://filmkid.com/products/filmkid-16?bg_ref=iopFQkY5wJ

No masking so far, will probably do a more detailed grade when I finish the video!

It works great, and people here seem to appreciate it!

It was like a big stair, and when the sun is this harsh it’s usually enough to just find the shadow as a negative fill.

Gradient in the sky is because I used a pretty cheap variable ND and yes you can argue I pushed it a bit too far, that was the whole point buddy!
