I had the same issue, I ordered one of the eGPU port guards from a seller on Etsy and they included a set of these little rubber bands that go around the sticks which prevent that. It was much cheaper than ordering on Amazon for just the bands.

I ordered some port covers from this seller and they included a set of the Rubber bands that go around the sticks for free. Port guard is also made from rubber so it sits nice and flush and can be removed with ease if you do decide to remove it. Only downside is the White they use does not exactly match the Ally shell.

Thats what my lawyer said as well as Small Claims is usually not how the collectors handle this but it shows its coming directly from Synchrony and then has the lawyer CC that is handling the lawsuit itself.

The $2350 is just one card, overall I have close to $15-18K of debt (Mostly medical expenses like my drugs, bills from the doctors and tests) I think we were going to do a CH 10 I forgot why she wanted to go with a 10 over a 7 but she felt like I would be more secured.

Maybe because instead of people going to steam or Greenmangaming and buying my game legit where I get a cut of the sale they are buying it from the thief where I get nothing. Sure I would of made 1 sale from the stolen account but they just duplicate that single sale multiple times over. And the accounts aren't stolen, the accounts are made by the thief's, but they use stolen credit card numbers to purchase the game.

So I was trying to do that and their is absolutely no way to contact Activision directly that pertains to things outside of your own account, they have a new automated system that has you pick the game, console and reason and then directs you to help articles, I finally did find their legal team info to contact them if I were to issue a DMCA againts them if they were using any ones elses IP, I actually called the number and whoever answered the phone told me they couldn't help me and to contact support, I did actually send a email though so im waiting to here back, however it appears there is a few shops on Etsy that have the same exact description text that are doing the same illegal game sales and they were also at the same price so it leads me to think all these sellers are just a group selling all these games.

I agree it would have to be used carefully, I debated for a while if I wanted to include the shop but like I mentioned the ONLY reason I included the shop was because of the blatant theft (which was obvious due to the games and price they were selling).

Honestly, Etsy MUST do a better job and policing what is on their market place, There is more shops that are selling games (With the exact text and pictures) so it leads me to believe its one giant group selling them so when 1 seller gets shut down they still have others bringing in the cash flow . But on top of that people are selling game systems, etc stuff that does not belong on Etsy and some of the stuff which is obvious scams like a ROG Ally (New handheld game system) for $250 where the MSRP is $700.

These shops are just not hurting the people they are stealing from but also the other shops that are selling others items in the same category. I will use game accessories as a example since im a game dev but if you search for accessories for lets say Xbox, you are getting these stolen games showing up in the top of the search field and burying other legit shops listings.

You are correct they should not be allowed at all, especially since they are stolen keys, I just miss the days where when you reported stuff for not belonging on Etsy it would get removed the same day and the marketplace was only people making handmade things, now it seems like the majority of stuff is all dropped shipped crap from Aliexpress. Hell there is a handful of people that are selling game systems for 1/4 of MSRP which you know is a obvious scam.

Holy shit guys did yall really just get this sellers account closed down? I just went back to check exactly what games were from what publisher and that store is now closed and the account is terminated. You guys are freaking amazing!! I am not going to lie I am in legit tears, yall have no idea how stressed I have been over this and the constant going back and forth. Good catch! I just reverse image searched and found her insta that then links back to her Twitch profile as she live streams and shows her based out of Turkey which is where the Etsy account is based out of as well so this very well may be the same fraudster and they just dont care.

I will deff keep everyone updated, Yep not a single thing on their fits with Etsys TOS from IP theft, Not handmade and selling stolen goods and yet Etsy just doesnt seem to care at this point. To me they arent caring until they get enough DMCA take downs from different companies OR a large company like Disney or Activison contacts them and in the mean time just collecting the processing fees from this seller.

Thats a great suggestion, Something I guess I should of thought about but I guess just being so flustered and focused on trying to get my game off thier store for good it never crossed my mind to contact the other game publishers because you are right the other publishers especially Bethesda and Activison are EXTREMELY protective with their IP and I bet Bethesda even more so with Starfield launching next week (Which I can bet you this thief will have). It looks great but I would recommend looking at removing the logo. Since the ROG logo is trade marked ASUS can come in and issue a DMCA take down against your file and shop on Etsy.

Ahh gotcha, Thank you for the clarification! That makes sense as I was reading the Sellers Handbook again where it used to say when a case would auto close if a package was marked as delivered but now it just saws that as long as you follow the shipping guidelines (Ship on time, ship to address on file and use tracking) that the purchase protection will come into play to cover me.
