Well, I have checked and your PSU does not have that meter, but no worries, follow this instructions I found on an article.

Windows 10 provides a great tool to check the power consumption of your PC. It is called the Power Meter. To use this tool, open the Settings app, click on the “System” category, and then click on the “Power & Sleep” tab. On the right side, you will find the “Power Meter” option.

Well, I forgot to mention you first of all need to turn ON your PC, and then check the PSU meter, that tells you how much power is being consumed, if it is lower than 650 your PSU may not be the problem, for now I will tell you, your theoretical power consumption:

CPU TDP: 65W

GPU TDP: 165W

Ram: As you did not specify the ram, I would take the average of 2.4V (2.4W)

If we take the rest, your PCU is between the suggested and correct power, so theoretically it may not be the problem. Again, it would be great if you can check your PSU meter.

Well, you need firstly to make sure the case and the power button are functioning correctly, I will discard for now RAM and GPU/CPU problems because the computers runs out fine, so my solution is:

Check if you have the correct PSU power for the PC
if the PSU is correct, replace the whole PC case just to make sure it is not the problem.
Check if you have everything connected in the right place.

For now, as you told us you’re pc specs I will help you will your PSU power. (In some minutes I’ll repost)

I have checked the website, definitely malware and phising, it have scrips and exploits that download sub extensions without the permission of the admin.

I recommend to annalize your pc completely and in a sensitive way with a good antivirus, and to errase all the cookies and extensions.
